What is the Sermon Archive?
An optional add-on that stores your past sermons in Echo, sorted by campus and date, so they are ready whenever you want clips. It is coming soon. It works with every plan.
How much does it cost?
$5 a month for 100 GB, $15 for 500 GB, $25 for 1 TB and $45 for 2 TB. Pay yearly and get 2 months free.
Does storing sermons use my minutes?
No. Minutes are used only when you make clips from a sermon, and then only for that sermon's length.
How many sermons fit?
About 65 sermons in 100 GB, 330 in 500 GB, 650 in 1 TB and 1,300 in 2 TB, counting 25-minute sermons at about 1.5 GB each. Longer or higher-quality recordings take more room.
What happens if we run out of space?
Uploads pause. Nothing is deleted because you reached a limit. Move up to a bigger size any time, or remove sermons you no longer need.
Are clips from archived sermons kept longer too?
No. The archived sermon video stays while the add-on is active, but clips follow the normal 10-day rule. Download the ones you want to keep.
Can we upload sermons from years ago?
Yes. Upload a sermon from any date and it is filed under that date in the right campus folder.
What happens to our archive if we cancel?
You get the same 30-day read-only window to sign in and download your sermons. After that, they are permanently deleted.
